1. Am I eligible to receive a Free showerhead kit?
You must be a Beaver Valley Water System customer to be eligible to receive a free low-flow showerhead package from this program and you must register by completing the on-line home energy survey.
2. Is it really free?
Yes, there is no cost to qualified registrants.
3. I already have low-flow showerheads in all the showers in my household, should I register anyway?
No, this program aims to replace conventional showerheads with low-flow showerheads. If you already have low-flow showerheads then you are already taking advantage of the benefits low-flow showerheads including saving energy and water in your household.
4. Why is this program only available to Beaver Valley Water System Customers?
The showerhead kits are supplied by FortisBC. This program was designed for
customers of the Beaver Valley Water System by a partnership of Climate
Sense, The Village of Fruitvale, Regional District of Kootenay Boundary,
FortisBC Power Sense, Terasen Gas. If you are interested in a program for

5. How do I install my showerhead?
Installation instructions are included in the showerhead package.
6. I have a hand-held showerhead, will this showerhead work?
No, this showerhead is designed for standard showers and will not fit any hand-held models.
7. Can I purchase one of these showerhead kits?
Low-flow showerheads are available at most local plumbing supply stores. Climate Sense is not a retail store, but if you need assistance, please contact us at info@climatesense.ca

By participating in this residential water-saving pilot program, you agree that all information you supply is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are expressly providing your consent to share such information only with FortisBC, Terasen Gas, Village of Fruitvale, RDCK, and the Beaver Valley Water System. Any participating registrations that do not qualify will be notified by email only. One showerhead kit per household. This program is available only to households serviced by the Beaver Valley Water System. Registrations for the program are accepted as first-come, first-served.
