Climate Sense is a common sense approach to environmental issues. Climate Sense was formed by a group of British Columbians who are dedicated to developing climate friendly programs, initiatives and projects for BC. Our objective is to create and deliver programs, identify and fund projects that result in measureable greenhouse gas emission reductions and / or environmental benefits including benefits to water within BC.
Our Climate Sense strategy is to become a centralized facility for private citizens, companies, organizations, groups and non-profits in BC seeking financial assistance for climate friendly activities and projects and to coordinate funding for those local projects from private citizens, companies, groups and governments.
Climate Sense provides a centralized area for information and resources regarding complex environmental issues such as climate change impacts, carbon off-sets, environmental stewardship and reducing environmental impacts in understandable language.
The challenges and issues Climate Sense is involved with are complex but our goal is simple - to benefit the environment while strengthening the economy within BC.
